Hello, Gabriella!
Welcome to planDisney! It's lovely to meet you. I always feel so grateful to share the many resources available to help guests at the Disneyland Resort like
Disability Access Service. Thanks for making me your planning buddy today!
Yes, guests should have their theme park reservations made before registering for
DAS Advance. As a reminder, you'll also need to have the guest who qualifies for DAS Advance present for the video call when you register online. When you have park reservations for your whole party you can
scroll to the bottom of this page to "Request Live Chat" each day between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM Pacific Time. Remember to have your video chat at least 2 days before your visit!
DAS registration is currently valid for the length of your park ticket or 60 days, whichever is shorter. So if you're using a new park ticket then you'll need to register again, and if you're a Magic Key holder and it's been more than 60 days since your last visit you also need to register again.
You can find more frequently asked questions about DAS here that might be helpful! Before your DAS registration video call, you might want to look at the
attractions and experiences that may be available for you to choose for your DAS Advance selections. That way you'll be ready to go when your video chat starts!
Gabriella, you'll be visiting just as the
Lunar New Year celebration is starting! I hope you'll stop by the Wishing Wall in Disney California Adventure Park to make a wish for the new year. I am wishing you a wonderful day in the parks!
Keep moving forward!
Amanda
