We need reservations for a non-profit that works with adults with disabilities - 20 disabled adults (ID & DD) and parent(s) (50 total people) in 20 rooms for first week in December, 2022. Are there any discounts for non-profit group??

    Hi Patricia!

What a wonderful, magical experience your group is going to have at Walt Disney World! I believe you will find the resort and parks to be quite accommodating, Mickey Mouse a great guy, and Tinker Bell will leave you breathless when she flies from the castle spires before the fireworks brighten the night sky.

For such a large group, I suggest you call Group Reservations at (407) 939-1942. Cast Members here assist groups needing ten or more rooms, so they can tell you if you qualify for a discount and help you reserve a block of rooms.

Some members of your crowd may have a disability that makes tolerating waits in line a no go. If so, the Disability Access Service (DAS) can make for a much more pleasant theme park experience. Currently you need to register in person at a park's Guest Services, but by the time of your visit the process should be available through a video call. The DAS recipient will be given a return time to enter an attraction that allows him to skip the queue. You may contact Disability Services at (407) 560-2547 or at disability.services@disneyparks.com.

Wishing you all a wonderful adventure when you visit the mouse!
