Hi Jennie,
Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for bringing your question to us. Pandora – The World of Avatar is an unbelievable place, and I can’t wait for you to experience the beauty all around you in this stunning land.
Jennie, the face painting at
Colors of Mo’ara does not require a reservation. Interacting with the locals in the
Valley of Mo’ara is so much fun, and face painting allows you to learn more about the local culture and symbols as you are painted with traditional markings of the Na’vi. I recommend getting the face painting done as soon as you arrive on Pandora – The World of Avatar, as the stories you’ll hear during the face painting may be reflected in the attractions you experience. There is so much rich culture, and so much to see and hear, in the Valley of Mo’ara; I really love reading the signs and looking in all directions to notice all the incredible details.
Since you’ll be using all your senses in this land, make sure you stop in at
Pongu Pongu and try the beautiful Night Blossom drink or my favorite, the pineapple lumpia. They are
out of this world delicious!
Wishing you a magical time on Pandora!
Robyn
