Priscila from Rio de Janeiro Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Hi!! Do I need to make a reservation for the star wars Jedi training experience?? How does it works? My nephews are 12 and 8 years old an they are a huge Star Wars fans.

Bright suns, Priscila! Welcome back to planDisney, the best Disney vacation planning outpost this side of the galaxy! It looks like your Walt Disney World adventure is quickly approaching. How exciting! Let’s jump to hyperdrive and get you the information you’re looking for.

A long time ago (2020), in a galaxy not so far away (Hollywood Studios), hopeful Jedi younglings could sign up for this guest experience to learn the ways of the Force and defeat villains like Kylo Ren. I’m sorry to report that Jedi Training: Trails of the Temple (previously known as Jedi Training Academy) is not currently available at Hollywood Studios, and I haven’t heard any transmissions about it coming back in the near future.

This experience delighted Star Wars fans over the years, and I’m sure if it were ever to come back, the Disney Parks Blog would be one of the first to share that information.

Luckily, there are still opportunities for you and your padawans to prepare for a galactic adventure at Hollywood Studios. Savi’s Workshop and Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities, located in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, both allow guests to build their own custom lightsabers. There is also Tatooine Traders next to Star Tours, which offers custom-built lightsabers, but they are the kid-friendly (and budget-friendly) toy versions of the famed Jedi weapon.

I hope this information was helpful, Priscila. You’ll be enjoying a Cold Brew Black Caf and Ronto Wrap in the time it takes the Millennium Falcon to complete the Kessel Run. If you have any other questions, just pop right back to planDisney.

May the Force be with you!
