Welcome back to planDisney, Karen! Thanks for sailing our way again with your question.
Oh boy, your vacation is just days away! How very exciting to be zipping up your suitcases for your next adventure. I'm happy to share that you do not need to make reservations to park at the
Port Canaveral parking facility. The parking facility includes a paved lot and a garage across the street from the cruise terminal and is operated by Port Authority.
Please arrive at your scheduled Port Arrival Time at the cruise terminal and drop off passengers and luggage upon arrival. Make sure you have secured your Disney Cruise Line luggage tags to the items that you would like delivered to your stateroom. Please keep your day bag or carry-on luggage with your important travel documents in your possession. Parking attendants will then direct you to the parking area.
After parking, you will walk back to the terminal and join your party. You will pass through security before entering the building and will then check in for your Disney Cruise. That's when the excitement really begins to build! There is nothing like stepping onboard the ship and feeling the many opportunities for fun and relaxation begin to wash over you.
Karen, have a fabulous time sailing with Captain Minnie and Captain Mickey! I wish you safe travels and a splendid voyage!
