Do I need to make a reservation to golf at the Disney miniature golf courses?

    Hi Tara,

Thank you so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. We on the panel love helping guests to plan magical vacations!

My family and I enjoy spending some time playing a round of miniature golf while on vacation at Walt Disney World. It is a great way to spend part of a day on which you are not visiting the theme parks. There are many different options. At Winter Summerland, you can play either the winter or summer courses, both with a whimsical winter holiday theme. Fantasia Gardens is themed to different scenes in the movie Fantasia, and the nearby Fantasia Fairways is more of a traditional golf course but in miniature.

You do not need to make reservations to play miniature golf at Walt Disney World. Sometimes, if you arrive and there are guests ahead of you, you will receive a start time to head to the first tee. I have never had one of these more than 30 minutes from when I arrived. We use the time to simply relax while we wait for our turn.

I hope that these thoughts are helpful for you, Tara! Please do let us know if you have any further questions.
