Hi there, Crystal. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for stopping by with your question for us.
I’m delighted to see you’re planning on heading to the Happiest Place on Earth in just a few sleeps! How exciting you’ll be
returning to a land of Magic. Since the Disneyland Resort theme parks reopened in April 2021 after the COVID pandemic forced the shutdown, Guests are now required to make theme park reservations for entry. Therefore, in order to visit the theme park(s), even if you’re going for one day and just one park, you’ll still need a park reservation, in addition to a valid theme park ticket.
Making a theme park reservation is fairly simple. Be sure to check the
Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to ensure the date and park you wish to visit are available. Once you’ve linked your theme park ticket to your Disney account, you can make your theme park reservation on
Disneyland.com or
Disneyland mobile app. Once your selections are confirmed, you’ll receive an email with a unique QR code.
If you have more trip-planning questions, please don’t hesitate to visit us on
planDisney again. We’re all EARS!
See ya real soon,
Kiki
