I need to reschedule my visit due to illness. My original date was tomorrow. I've cancelled and I'm trying to reschedule but it is saying I don't have a valid ticket. What do I need to do? Other than continuing to stay on hold with WDW.

    Welcome to planDisney Megan!

I am sorry you had to cancel your magical visit to Walt Disney World. Since your Theme Park Ticket was unused, it is still there waiting for you! When you are ready to reschedule your park visit, give a call to a friendly Cast Member at (407)934-7639 and they can move your ticket to a new date. Please note there might be a price difference due to the date change or ticket type.

Once you are feeling better, plan on spending an evening at the Magic Kingdom. When the sun goes down, get ready for Disney Enchantment. This beautiful nighttime spectacular is filled with music, projections, and fireworks that were personally approved by Mickey Mouse himself!

Get well soon and I hope to see you enjoying the magic of Disney in the near future!

Meet the Panelist: Cathy, Ohio

Hi, I'm Cathy from Cleveland. I love to travel, especially in the winter to escape the snow and cold of Ohio! My husband and 2 kids share my enthusiasm for travel, so we enjoy our adventures together whether it is hiking at a National Park, sailing on a Disney Cruise Ship, or going to Walt Disney World which is our home away from home. My husband proposed to me in front of Cinderella Castle and we have not stopped visiting ever since! It's a blast helping guests here at planDisney!
