I'm sorry to hear that you have to reschedule your theme park ticket reservations. Hopefully, you are able to find a new time to visit soon. What you will need to do is log in and cancel your reservations and then rebook new theme park ticket reservations. Let me walk you through the steps.
-Log in to your Disney account.
-Hover over "My Disneyland" and click on "
Ticket and Reservation Details".
-From here, click on the "Make Park Reservations" option. This will take you to a new page and it will show all your upcoming reservations for the tickets linked to your account. You would need to click "Cancel Reservation" on the right of the reservation and follow the steps to confirm your cancellation.
-Then you would go back to that previous page and click "Book Theme Park Reservation" and pick. your new dates from the
availability calendar.
Note: Depending on what tier of ticket you have you may have issues finding available dates. The summer months have ticket tiers of tier 3 and above for the majority of days. If you have a lower tier. ticket, you can upgrade your ticket to a higher tier ticket. You will need to do this before you can make a reservation. Upgrades are done in person at the Main Entrance Ticket Booth. If you have specific questions about your ticket tier,
