    i need to reschedule a new date I was not able to make it on my reservation.

    If you’re unable to visit the Happiest Place on Earth on the day you initially planned, no worries, Connie! You can cancel your current park reservations and make new ones for another day to visit the theme park(s). Prior to changing your reservation, please be sure to check out the Theme Park Reservation Availability calendar to see if the day you wish to visit is available. In order to switch dates, you’ll need to first cancel your current park reservation. Then, return to the “Theme Park Tickets & Reservations” page and under “If you’ve already purchased a ticket:”, click on “Make Park Reservations”. Pick the park and new date you wish to visit and confirm your selections. Once your new reservation is processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a unique QR code.
