We will need a rental car for one of the days while we are at Disney. How/where do we go about doing this since we'll be using Disney transportation for the rest of the days? How do we pick up the car and then get back to the resort?

    Hey there Marcy!
I'm so happy to have you visit with us at the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

For guests who need a rental car while staying at Walt Disney World, Disney has the Car Care Center located on Disney property. At this center, you can rent a car from Alamo or National Car Rental companies. You must make your reservation through these rental agencies for the specific date and time that you need it. You can do this through their online website or by calling these companies directly. Once your reservation has been made, you can then call 407-824-3470 and schedule a time for a complimentary shuttle to pick you from your Walt Disney World resort to pick up your rental. Once you're done exploring Orlando and return the rental car, you can be taken back to your Disney resort.
Uber and Lyft are also options that you can use to get you to from your Disney resort to the Car Care Center for a fee.

Marcy, enjoy your time at Walt Disney World! If you have more questions, please stop by and visit with us again soon!
