    What do I need to renew my Magic Key in person. I am having issues with renewing it online.

    Hi Yolanda! Welcome to planDisney! I'm so glad you found us to ask this question.

    I hope you have enjoyed the magic of being a Disneyland Resort Magic Key holder! I know that I love being able to visit The Happiest Place on Earth often. I'm so sorry to hear that you are having a problem renewing your Magic Key online. You should be able to renew it provided you are within your renewal window which is 30 days before the expiration date. You can call the Magic Key Membership Services line at (714) 781-7277 for assistance if you are getting close to the end of your renewal window. If you prefer to receive help in person, you can visit a ticket booth located outside of the theme parks. If you have a theme park reservation at Disneyland Park or Disney California Adventure Park, you can also visit Guest Services for assistance.
