Hi Jessica!
Welcome to planDisney! Our family has utilized the
Disney Disability Access Service during our trips to both Walt Disney World and
Disneyland Resort. It allows us to enjoy the attractions and entertainment within the theme parks in a means that is best for our family members. At times, this may be waiting outside of the traditional queue for our return time for an attraction or accessing certain seating areas for shows.
The Disney Disability Access Service is only valid for 60 days after the first use and must be renewed for every trip. You can renew your DAS in one of two ways. You can opt to engage in a
live chat with a Cast Member who will ask you about your need for the DAS and offer you options that may suit your party best. The second option is to renew it at Guest Services within the parks. The process is the same, however, it is in person and you will be able to begin creating your DAS passes immediately.
Please be sure to stop by with any future Disneyland planning questions! We are ready to help you with all your future vacation needs!
