I need to renew the annual passes for myself and my granddaughter which expire on October 2. When I try to renew on line, it tells me that my pass is linked to another account which I believe is my daughter-in-law. How can I renew these two passes?

Hello and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

I am so sorry to hear that you are experience some difficulty with renewing your Walt Disney World annual passes.  In a situation like this, I highly recommend calling in and allowing a Cast Member to assist you. You can reach them at (407)939-5277.  Due to the fact that your current tickets are under your daughter-in-law's account, you will need to speak to someone who can find a way of renewing both your tickets.  Trust me, they are the experts and can get this done.  I will send some pixie dust your way in hopes that this issue is resolved quickly.
