Greetings and welcome back to planDisney with this excellent question, Karen!
My Disney Experience is an incredible planning tool for navigating all your Disney vacation planning, and even more so when you decide to streamline your planning with family and friends. Please keep in mind that a Guest who has an active entitlement will not be able to be deleted, therefore, I recommend you contact the
My Disney Experience and MagicBands Team for further guidance and assistance. If by chance, the person on your list who you wish to remove completes their vacation, or uses up their entitlements, then you will be able to proceed with the following instructions below.
Removal of someone who has a separate Disney account from your Family & Friends list:
- Log in to My Disney Experience online or on your app,
- Locate the person you wish to remove on the list and press the “Edit” button,
- A page with details about the person you wish to remove will come forth, press the “Remove” button,
- A pop-up instruction will appear that will ask you to confirm the removal of that person, and again press the “Remove” button.
The removal of a person from your Family & Friends list cannot be undone unless they have a separate Disney account, in which case you will be able to reconnect them to your planning in the future.
We hope that you are planning a Walt Disney World Resort vacation in the near future, and invite you to look at the
Disney Genie and Disney Genie+ services which will enhance your theme park touring to enable you a streamlined experience. Disney Genie will plan a loose itinerary based on your preferred attraction selections, and will provide you with continuously updated information regarding attraction wait times for Standby and Lightning Lane queues. Disney Genie+ offers the same previously described features of Disney Genie, along with the option to purchase the next arrival window for select attractions. Lastly, please remember to make your
Disney Park Pass selections with valid theme park admission to ensure you visit the theme parks of your choice.
We hope this information is helpful, Karen, and we would be happy to assist you again soon!
Best Disney Wishes ~ Jacqueline
