Hey there, Paula!
Thanks so much for visiting planDisney!
It's great to hear you have new plans for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
I think the best approach to getting the plans displayed in your My Disney Experience to reflect the reservation changes you made is to work directly with the Walt Disney World Internet Help Desk by calling them at (407) 939-4357 or by
chatting with them online. The Cast Members with the Internet Help Desk can look into the details of the vacation package you cancelled to see why it is still unexpectedly displaying for you.
Typically,
if a reservation is able to be cancelled in My Disney Experience, you'll see that option to “Cancel Reservation” available to you. It sounds like this is the step you've already taken, and the reservation is still displaying for you.
I think the key question is: do you have your current plans -- your Resort reservation, your theme park tickets, and your theme park reservations made through the
Disney Park Pass system -- all displaying as you would expect?
I'm hopeful for you that the content displayed in your My Disney Experience will get refreshed and will display correctly for you with the assistance of the Internet Help Desk.
Paula, if you'd like us to share any suggestions for your stay as you put together your plans, please ask us here at planDisney. We're always happy to offer tips and insights from our own Disney vacations.
Here's wishing you all the fun in The Most Magical Place on Earth!
Jerry
