Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel Kamron ~
Your trip is almost here and I know you are too excited to sleep!
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is a wonderful way to get into the Christmas spirit. I absolutely love seeing it snow on Main Street, U.S.A. without it freezing cold. That is my kind of snow.
Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party is held on select evenings at the Magic Kingdom from 7:00 p.m. - 12:00 a.m. and does require a separate
special event ticket. On the evenings that it is held, the Magic Kingdom closes at 6:00 p.m. and only those Guests with the special event tickets are allowed to enter or remain in the park once Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party begins at 7:00 p.m. If you plan to visit the Magic Kingdom earlier in the day and attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party that evening, you will need a regular theme park ticket or Annual Pass to enter that morning.
There are other great places outside of the theme parks to experience the holiday magic. This year, Disney Springs is home to the Disney Springs Christmas Tree Trail. I was just there tonight and the trees are all amazing and each has a different theme. You can also see Santa along the Tree Tail.
My family loves to visit different hotels to see their holiday displays. Disney's Grand Floridian Resort & Spa has a magnificent Christmas Tree and a ginormous gingerbread house. It's pretty sweet.
Please feel free to visit us again with all of your planning questions. We are hEAR for you!
Wishing you minnie magical memories :-) Allison V.
