Do I need to register to be a spectator for the Disney princess run?

    Hi Amber,

Thanks for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

One of my favorite and exciting experiences in attending runDisney race events when I'm not running is cheering, and —  chEARing — for my favorite runner (in my case, my wife). The energy and fun among all the spectators as we all support the amazing runners is fantastic.

I have really enjoyed participating in the ChEAR Squad, which is offered as a special spectator package and provides reserved viewing locations and other perks. You can visit the Disney Princess Half Marathon Weekend site for details.

For several race events, I have simply joined the runDisney race spectators at the Finish Line area. The race event transportation makes it convenient to get to the Finish Line area and it's so much fun to be a part of the excitement.

You can find additional information about where to watch your favorite runDisney runner by checking out the Race Event Guide. There are typically spectator viewpoints arranged along the course.

So get ready to get your best chEAR on and have fun!

    Enjoy your Disney!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
