I need to register for Disneyland DAS and having no luck. What do I do?

    Hello Marcy,

Thank you for reaching out to planDisney, and I'm really sorry to hear about the difficulties you've been facing with registering for Disneyland's Disability Access Service (DAS). It can be frustrating when things don't go as smoothly as we'd like, especially when planning something as special as a trip to Disneyland. I recently went through the DAS registration process with someone in my group, so I understand how important it is to get this sorted out.

It's great that you're trying to use the advance registration option available online, which allows you to connect with a Cast Member via live video chat between 2 to 30 days in advance of a park visit. If you're encountering issues with the online process, I'd recommend trying again at a different time. Early mornings can sometimes have shorter wait times. If the challenges persist, rest assured, you can also register for DAS in person at Disneyland at any Guest Relations location when you arrive.

Once your DAS is successfully set up in advance, you can pre-select up to two attractions, which is a great way to plan your day ahead. Plus, as soon as you scan into the park, you can add an additional DAS selection right away using the Disneyland Mobile App. This feature adds convenience and flexibility to your visit.

Pairing your DAS with Genie+ can also be a fantastic strategy. Genie+ does come with an additional cost, but it offers Lightning Lane entrances for select attractions, which can significantly reduce your wait times and help you make the most of your day at the park.

I hope this information helps and that your upcoming trip to Disneyland is smooth and filled with joy. If there's anything else you need or more questions you have, please don't hesitate to reach back out to planDisney. We're here to help make your experience as magical as possible!
