Hey, howdy, hey, Manley!I hope you're ready for a rootin' tootin' time at the Disneyland Resort! I'm happy to share with you my experiences with many of the services for Guests with disabilities.Guests who are not able to use a traditional attraction queue may benefit from the Disability Access Service, or DAS. Guests register for DAS either in-person at any Guest Relations location or online via live video chat using DAS Advance. DAS Advance registration may be done online between two and 30 days before arrival.Follow these steps for DAS Advance registration:
Tony's Tip: After entering a theme park, Guests with DAS use the Disneyland mobile app to view, manage and redeem DAS return times for their party. Any DAS Advance selections will show up under the "My Day" tab of the Disney Genie service in the Disneyland app. DAS Advance selections are separate and in addition to any new attraction return times you may book during your visit. Up to one return time at a time may be booked during your visit. Open the Disability Access Service (DAS) screen of the app from the ☰ feature menu to view a list of available attractions.
Thanks for visiting us at planDisney, Manley. If you have any more questions about using DAS or other magical experiences at the Disneyland Resort, please come again!~Tony
