I need to register for DAS and the online wait is long. Can I register at our resort? Or can it only be done at guest services?

    Hello Brandy! Welcome to planDisney!

I am so excited to see that your magical adventure to the Walt Disney World Resort begins in just a few days.

I am so sorry to hear that you are experiencing long waits with DAS online pre-registration. You can pre-register online or by phone up to 2 days before your first park visit. You may find reduced wait times if you try to pre-register online or by calling Disability Access Services right at 7:00 AM Eastern Time.  If the wait times are still too long, you can register in person when you arrive at any Guest Services location at any Disney Theme Park. I have used DAS on recent visits myself, and I have not been able to register at my resort. However, I was able to register at the Magic Kingdom Will Call window, with a Cast Member, on my arrival day.

If you are able to pre-register, you will be able to work with a Cast Member to book up to 2 one-hour return windows for select experiences using the DAS Advance planning option, in addition to the additional DAS selections during your visit.

You are going to have an amazing time enjoying the World’s Most Magical Celebration!

    See ya real soon,
    Andrea
