I need to register for DAS. I can’t figure where to go??!!

    Hi Donna! Welcome to planDisney!

Your visit to the Walt Disney World Resort is only TWO days away! Can you believe that the countdown to your vacation is almost over and you will be enjoying the magic of the theme parks soon? It is such an exciting time to visit with the holidays beginning and the Walt Disney World Resort 50th anniversary celebration taking place. You'll have the best time!

I think one of the best digital upgrades that the Walt Disney World theme parks have released this year is the ability to register for Disability Access Service (DAS) in advance. What a time-saver! It is great to have the option to still register in-person at Guest Relations, but also nice to be able to avoid those wait times. Time in the theme parks is precious, after all!

To register for DAS in advance, go to the link I just included and scroll down until you see the button that says, "Request Live Video Chat." This is the video chat where you will register for DAS in advance. This service is available 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM (EST) and you will be asked to log in to your My Disney Experience account. They should be able to get you all set up so you are ready to begin exploring the theme parks right away!

I hope this helps, Donna! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
