I need a refund on my disneyland tickets beause of a Covid related issue

    Hi Jenifer,

Let me start by saying I'm sorry to hear you are in need of a refund for your Disneyland Resort theme park tickets. I think the best suggestion I can think of is to encourage you to contact the Disneyland Resort Ticket Services team at (714) 781-4636. The standard policy is that theme park tickets are nonrefundable, so perhaps you can discuss the details of your issue with the Cast Members on the Ticket Services team.

To the extent that it's helpful, Jenifer, I'll also mention that the theme park ticket policy is favorable and flexible, and provides for applying the amount paid for unused tickets towards the purchase of new tickets. So, even in the event that your theme park tickets are unused and expired, you can make use of them for new tickets.

Jenifer, it's my hope that you'll get to look forward to the magic of the Disneyland Resort theme parks. There's always so much new and exciting getting started at the Disneyland Resort, and you can follow the Disney Parks Blog to stay up to date.

I wish you lots of Disney magic in your day today!

Meet the Panelist: Jerry, Pennsylvania

The playful and creative optimism of all things Disney has enthralled me since I was a kid. I loved watching "The Wonderful World of Disney" on Sunday nights, seeing all the live-action and animated classics in theaters, and — of course — visiting "The Most Magical Place on Earth" for the first time 45 years ago. These days, the big kid in me still loves to play Disney. As a long-time Disney destinations vacationer, I'm looking forward to helping you play Disney starting here at planDisney!
