My Disney Experience app just so I can see the countdown feature and get excited for my next trip. Some might call that obsessive (and they're probably right). But Disney does that to us!
Ok, let's get down to business. If you'd like a receipt or confirmation of your deposit for your records, it's as easy as bibbidi bobbidi boo. Whenever you book a stay at a Disney Resort hotel, you receive a confirmation email with the subject line: "Walt Disney World Confirmation" followed by your confirmation number. If you open up that email, you'll find all the details about your stay, including how much you paid for the deposit. If you can't locate that email, you can contact Guest Services Billing at guest.services.billing@disneyworld.com,
call a Cast Member for assistance, or use the Chat feature on the Walt Disney World website or My Disney Experience app.
