Hi Kyle,
Ohmygoodness...your
Disneyland Resort visit starts TOMORROW! It's time to find your favorite Disney tee and get ready for all of the magic and fun to begin! You have just one more sleep until all your Disney dreams come true! SO exciting!
I'm sorry to hear that you've had trouble
getting in touch with a friendly Cast Member by phone to modify the name on one of your theme park tickets. I'm happy to let you know that yes, you'll be able to take care of that when you arrive tomorrow, as long as the new Guest is also a California resident! I'd simply go to the ticketing gate and ask about switching the name. The Cast Member there will either be able to take care of you or point you to someone who can. The most important thing is that once a theme park ticket is used by someone, a photo will be taken to link each ticket to the correct Guest, and that ticket can no longer be transferred to anyone else, so you'll want to take care of this
before entering your first theme park. I'd encourage you to arrive early so you have plenty of time to get this straightened out and still be among the first Guests in the park, as you'll find the shortest wait times first thing in the morning and you won't miss a minute of the magic!
As you prepare for your visit, the
Returning to a Land of Magic page is full of helpful tips and notes about what to expect during the phased reopening. I recommend reading that and making sure you have the latest version of the
Disneyland mobile app. It will be a handy dandy tool to help you navigate the parks!
Thanks so much for stopping by planDisney, Kyle, and have a truly magical visit!
Missy
