    When do I need to put in a room request? And who do I contact? The resort directly?

    Hi Joseph,

    If you already have a reservation, you can add your special request when you check in online. The place to add the request is near the end of the online check in process. Or, if you prefer, you can call Guest Services at 407-934-7639.

    If you have not yet made a reservation, you can add tell the cast member you speak to on the phone (if making by phone) or you can note it on your online reservation. form. There's a box for requests after you choose your resort.

    Please remember that requests can't always be granted, but I've found that the resorts do their best to grant the requests whenever they can.
