Julie, you can link all of the tickets together on the
My Disney Experience mobile app! First, open My Disney Experience mobile app and make sure that all of the ticket holders are listed on your Friends & Family list. Tap the three lines in the bottom right corner, the menu icon. Select “My Tickets & Passes”. Tap the “+” sign that is in the top right-hand corner of your screen; this will bring down a “Link Tickets & Passes” block. Follow the instructions to link the tickets. Finally, assign each ticket to someone who is on your Friends & Family list.
This should populate your “Tickets & Passes” with the correct family or friends with their ticket on your account! If you are having any issues linking any of your tickets, don’t hesitate to call the
Disney reservations phone line and a friendly Cast Member will help you get your tickets linked.
