We just crossed the halfway point for 2026 and
Cool Kids’ Summer is in full swing at Walt Disney World, but I love that the trip planning enthusiasts like yourself are already thinking about ushering in the new year.
The easiest way to purchase tickets is to visit the Walt Disney World website. Simply click on the
“Tickets & Parks” tab, and then scroll down to the ticket package that fits your needs. If you’re just looking to visit for one day, you’ll want to scroll to the bottom of the page to select the standard theme park ticket and then choose “1 day” when prompted. You’ll then be asked to select a date for your visit, December 31 in your case, and the type and number of tickets you’d like to purchase.
You can also purchase tickets through the My Disney Experience mobile app. If you have any questions or need assistance navigating your options, feel free to call the
Tickets & Hotel Reservations line to speak with a helpful Cast Member.
I do want to note that New Year’s Eve is a very popular time to visit Walt Disney World, including EPCOT. All Walt Disney World tickets are subject to capacity limitations, and theme park admission is not guaranteed, even if you have a 1-day dated ticket.
