Jessa from FL Asked Please note that experiences, policies, pricing and other offerings are subject to change and may have changed since the date of this answer.

Do I need to purchase a separate ticket if I’m going to MNSSH ?

Welcome, (not so) Foolish Mortal! Jessa, I'm thrilled you crypt by planDisney with this question, as you plan to be headed to Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party tomorrow. It is so much fun, you'll be screaming for more!

With your special event ticket for this spirited celebration, you are welcome to enter the Magic Kingdom starting at 4:00 p.m. The park will be open for Guests with a regular ticket until 6:00 p.m., and you can enjoy all the attractions and rides you can squeeze in without needing another ticket.

At 7:00 p.m., you may sense a disquieting metamorphosis as the Ghost Host and his ghoulish friends kick off the party. There's no turning back now! Most rides remain open during the party. And a few rides, like Space Mountain and Mad Tea Partyautomagically transform with ghoulish delight!

This is also when you can trick-or-treat throughout the park and enjoy the special character experiences. My favorite, which I am dying to see each year, is Mickey's Boo-To-You Parade. This parade takes place at 8:15 and 11:15 p.m. And Disney's Not-So-Spooky Spectacular lights up the night sky at 10:00 p.m. There's so much fun, it's frightening!

The Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party ticket is the only one you need if you plan to go to the Magic Kingdom at 4:00 p.m. or later. If you have your heart set on starting your day a bit earlier, you would need to buy a regular theme park ticket. The Magic Kingdom opens at 8:00 a.m. tomorrow.

Jessa, I hope you have a boo-tiful evening at the party tomorrow and all the time you plan to spend at the Magic Kingdom. If you have any other questions, please drag your corpse back to us at planDisney. We're goblin up every chance to help you!
