Looks like you are in the final days of preparation for your next trip to the Most Magical Place on Earth! So exciting but yet can be stressful getting the last-minute details taken care of. No worries! The MagicBand situation should be an easy one to resolve so let's talk about how.
The first thing to do is check on your order status. After you make your selection for your
MagicBands, you may not get a whole lot of communication on the status of the order, but from your My Disney Experience account you can check on it. After you log onto your account, from the drop-down menu at the top click on "My MagicBands and Cards". Scroll all the way to the bottom and you will see a blue button titled "Order History" which is where you should see the MagicBands you ordered and the status. If you already went through this process and did not receive MagicBands you ordered, I would
call Disney at (407) 939-4357 and talk to a Cast Member about your situation.
Ordering MagicBands is the easy part, picking out the right ones, well that is a little tougher! You can go through the same steps you initially did to try and order the other two MagicBands from your My Disney Experience account under the same menu "My MagicBands and Cards". MagicBands from Disney will ship relatively quickly and you are able to make your purchase 10 days or more from your date of arrival and have them sent to your house. If you order between 2 and 10 days, will be ready and waiting for you at your resort when you check-in. You can also go online to
ShopDisney as they do have selections not always available on the My Disney Experience site. These do not automatically link up to your My Disney Experience account but is super easy to do. From the same page listed above "My MagicBands and Cards", at the bottom you will see a blue "Link" button where you will be able to do so.
You also have the option for purchasing MagicBands at the resort gift shop or many locations throughout Walt Disney World such as in Disney Springs in the
World of Disney Store or in any of the parks. The Cast Members will be happy to help you link your MagicBand to your account as well!
