Hi Janet,
Welcome to planDisney and thank you so much for asking us a question about your upcoming voyage with Disney Cruise Line!
Disney Cruise Line takes its Guests’ health and safety to heart and adheres to all local laws, regulations and protocols in place at all ports of call that its ships visit. The answer to your question depends on what type of sailing you’ve chosen for your upcoming vacation. At this time, if you’re sailing from a port in the
United States,
Australia or New Zealand, COVID-19 vaccination and testing is no longer required to board a Disney ship. Please note, however, that this policy is subject to change at any time, so please continue to monitor the links I've included with this answer for the most up-to-the-minute information regarding your voyage.
That said, Disney continues to highly recommend that Guests be vaccinated before sailing and encourage Guests to take a COVID-19 test 2 days prior to their cruise. If you do
test positive for COVID-19 within 10 days of your sail date, you should be able to apply your cruise fare towards a future sail date or receive a refund without Disney-imposed cancellation fees. If you have any questions, please contact a member of our reservation team for assistance. Guests from Australia may call 180-071-8515. Guests from New Zealand may call 050-876-5433.
I hope my answer helps give you peace of mind before your upcoming Disney Cruise Line voyage. Please don’t hesitate to come back and see us if you have any other questions. We’re always happy to help!
Have a Magical Day,
Lynne
