Do i need to print my QR code or just have it on my phone for all 4 guests?

Hi there, Catherine. Welcome to planDisney. Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us.

It sounds like you’re getting ready to blast off to infinity and beyond with a visit to the Happiest Place on Earth really soon! I’m happy to report that you do not need to print out your QR codes that were sent to your email address. I recommend downloading the Disneyland mobile app and linking your four tickets. It makes it really convenient to scan the linked tickets when you arrive at the turnstile for entry. On my last few trips to the parks, I did not need to show my QR codes when entering. When I asked a Cast Member whether Guests need to show the QR code that was emailed, she stated it was not necessary unless there were issues when scanning the ticket for entry. An issue she cited was if a Guest purchased a ticket but did not have a valid park reservation for that day, for example. Then the Guest will need to present the QR code as proof of park reservation for that particular day and park.

I hope this information is helpful as you continue to plan your upcoming trip. Please don’t hesitate to visit us again on planDisney if you have more questions.

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
