Do I need to print out my passes?

Hi there, Eddy. Welcome to planDisney!

Thanks for taking the time to stop by with your question for us. I’m excited to see you’ll be heading to the Happiest Place on Earth soon. Sometimes, it can feel overwhelming when planning a trip to the theme parks, but please know that we’re here to help you plan a magical Disney trip.

I’m happy to inform you that you do not need to print out your passes for entry as long as you have the Disneyland Mobile App with your tickets linked. I can walk you through the process of linking your tickets if you haven’t done so. To link your tickets, log into your MyDisney account on the Disneyland Mobile App. On the bottom right corner, tap on the icon with three horizontal lines (☰), then tap "My Tickets & Passes", followed by tapping “Link Tickets & Passes”. You can link your tickets by using your phone’s camera function to scan the barcode or QR code, tapping a MagicBand+, or manually entering each ticket’s ID Number. Once linked, you’ll be able to view the tickets on your Disneyland Mobile App. When you arrive at the turnstile for entry, a Cast Member will ask you to scan your ticket.

I hope this information is helpful for you, Eddy. Please feel free to stop by planDisney again if you have more trip-planning questions for us.

    Have a magical day,
    Kiki

Meet the Panelist: Kiki, California

Greetings! I have been fascinated by the magic of Disney since I was a little girl; now that I am a mother of two, I love watching my children experience Disney Parks through their own eyes. I am also surrounded by fellow Disney-loving nurse friends whom I enjoy quick adults-only Disneyland Resort escapes or Disney Cruise Line voyages with. Whether you are planning your once-in-a-lifetime family trip or a short adults-only getaway to the Happiest Place on Earth, I am here to help!
