Hi Valerie, welcome to
planDisney, we thank you for consulting us today!
I am so very happy to hear that you'll be sailing with
Disney Cruise Line with your grand group to make the best everlasting memories, and hopefully, you'll all decide to create a tradition of sailing together on future sailings.
We at
planDisney can offer first-hand tips and advice to optimize your vacation, and we can offer suggestions for how you wish to book - via a Travel Professional who should have first-hand experience with Disney Cruises, or you can contact our knowledgeable and friendly
Disney Cruise Line Specialist at Disney Cruise Line who can easily book your dream cruise in no time at all based on your preferences and travel style while covering all of the important logistics.
Whatever you decide, using your Disney Cruise Line Reservation Confirmation Numbers, I highly recommend you create a Disney Cruise Line account and associate or link your reservation(s) to facilitate all planning by accessing
My Reservations beneath the
Already Booked tab once signed in.
Tips:I recommend downloading the
Disney Cruise Line Navigator App to manage plans before and during your sailing for completing Online Check-In 30-days prior to sailing once your balance due is paid off, selecting premium activities not included in your cruise fare as soon as your balance is paid off and your
Castaway Club member advance booking window opens and much more. For large groups, the app can facilitate communication once onboard to stay connected with your fellow cruise mates.
Please remember to ask for
staterooms that are near each other or select staterooms that connect for greater convenience - take a closer look at the
Disney Cruise Line Ship Deck Plans to see which areas of the ship you wish to be closest to depending on your needs. You will have the option to select from inside staterooms to oceanview (many of which offer a large porthole almost 3' in diameter), verandah staterooms and concierge-level staterooms. The best thing about Disney Cruise Line is that most staterooms offer an innovative split-bath configuration. Be sure to ask for a
child crib as soon your balance is paid off by
contacting Disney Cruise Line.
For your
Disney Cruise Line Rotational Dining, by linking reservations, you will automatically be seated together or close together on the same dining seating.
Valerie, I hope this information sets you off to a good start, take a look at the
planDisney Planning Video Library for your sailing to get a good overview of what is included and what to expect. Once booked, please stop by
planDisney for our first-hand tips and advice - we are here to optimize your vacation!
Bon Voyage!Jacqueline
