Ahoy Walter!
Welcome to planDisney! I am seeing more and more Guests making their long range plans for cruising, and to that I say, “BRAVO!” I love having a Disney cruise on the horizon. It just makes me happy, and it’s always fun to countdown the days to that magical vacation!
Walter, how I wish I could help you make all these plans for 2023! Right now, itineraries for 2023 have not been released yet. As of this moment, Disney Cruise Line has announced
sailings through May 2022. My guess is that Captain Mickey is busy working out all the details for the remainder of 2022, so we will have to be patient until the 2023 itineraries come out. Once they do, you can search the
Disney Cruise Line website by entering your desired dates, the number in your travel party, and what type of staterooms you would like, and that will enable you to price your Caribbean cruise.
What I will suggest is to go ahead and pinpoint a few dream itineraries you would like. For example, Disney Cruise Line explores
many islands in the Caribbean. Are you wanting to focus on the Eastern Caribbean or Western Caribbean? Does it matter to you if you set sail from Port Canaveral, Miami, Galveston, New Orleans, or San Juan? (These are the current ports for Caribbean itineraries). Would you like to experience a
Star Wars Day at Sea or
Marvel Day at Sea? Are any of the holiday sailings of interest, including
Halloween on the High Seas or a
Very Merrytime Cruise? These are all questions that will help you chart a course to the perfect cruise destination!
With a party of 12, I understand why you want to get everything lined up as soon as you are able. To know precisely when you’ll be able to iron out your Caribbean plans, keep an eye on the
Disney Parks Blog and announcements on Disney Cruise Line. My best guess is that these will not debut until sometime this fall as new itineraries are typically released 15-18 months in advance.
Drop back by planDisney anytime as you continue to finalize your cruise plans. Wishing you a picture perfect voyage!
SEA ya real soon!
