Do you need to be present for a grocery delivery at Saratoga Springs?

Thank you for returning to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Kayla! I’m glad you’re hEAR planning the fine details of your vacation. I’ve ordered groceries each time I’ve visited Walt Disney World Resort with my kids, and those PB&J sammies in the room always pay off!

I typically order groceries with Garden Grocer as I can select my resort and delivery time window. The goods are delivered to my Disney Resort bell stand and I can pick them up a few hours after delivery, or right when I receive my text they they have arrived. Since Garden Grocers doesn’t deliver straight to my room, I find that I can spend more time at a restaurant with my family, or take my time returning from the Parks since Cast Members receive the delivery for me. While I have had grocery orders delivered to at Disney’s Contemporary Resort, Disney’s Polynesian Village and Old Key West Resort, I know that Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort and Spa will follow the same pattern. Perishables will be stored in the refrigerator for you, while any alcohol will be delivered at room temperature because bell services doesn't have enough refrigerator space to hold the alcohol cold until your arrival.

If I can help you fill your family’s tummy or add some magic to your vacation, please return to ask another question. You’ve got a friend in me! ~ Lindsey P.
