    Do we need to pre-book bikes prior to arriving at Castaway Cay or will there be bikes available day of?

    Hi Sarah!

    Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Your voyage to paradise is going to be unforgettable! I'm so glad you've chosen an itinerary that stops at my favorite port of call: Disney's private island, Castaway Cay! Just thinking about spending a day on Castaway Cay has me smiling and relaxed!

    Exploring the island on bicycles is one of my favorite activities! My family usually reserves our bikes ahead of time when our advance booking window opens; however, you don't have to! In my experience, there have been plenty of bicycles to choose from day-of. You can just walk up and charge your bicycle rental to your "Key to the World" card once you're on the island. As you're riding through paradise on the bike path, I recommend making a stop at the Observation Tower for a panoramic view of the island!

    After we're done riding our bikes, I like to cool off by snorkeling! You can rent snorkeling gear to explore all that's hidden under the sea in the Snorkeling Lagoon. There will even be some magical Disney surprises waiting for you under the water, too!
