I need to pre register for disability access. Where do I go too

    Hiya Dori

Welcome to planDisney! Your trip is so close and it will be so exciting to be in the magic of Walt Disney World Resort!

Registering for Disability Access Service (DAS) is very easy nowadays. As you may know, DAS is a service provided for guests who have difficulty waiting in a long queue due to a disability.  The best way to pre-register is with DAS Advance. You have a chance to do this 30 days to no less than 2 days before you arrive at the Parks. Make sure that every person you are coming with has a valid theme park ticket and theme park reservation. It's also needed to make sure that everyone is linked to your Family & Friends list. When you are ready to chat with a Cast Member via video chat click on the button "Request Live Chat" and be ready with the person who needs DAS. There could be a bit of a wait but I have had some friends have success by logging on first thing in the morning. The live chat is available from 7 AM to 10 PM Eastern Standard Time.

It looks like you arriving at the perfect time to enjoy the EPCOT International Flower & Garden Festival! It's my favorite festival and just so beautiful. I love taking pictures in front of the gorgeous topiaries and I am very excited to see Tiana this year! Try to check it out and enjoy yourself!

I hope this helps and if you have any questions feel free to let me know!

Meet the Panelist: Nimmy, New York

Hey, it's Nimmy from New York! Just like my guy Jiminy Cricket I am your wisecracking and helpful guide to making the best decisions for your Disney vacation! My husband and I work very hard to journey to our favorite place on Earth, Walt Disney World Resort, as much as we can. We have traveled as just adults, with babies, kids, teenagers, and senior citizens. We have seen so many characters, eaten at amazing places, and consumed a ton of Dole Whips. So "give a little whistle" and let me be your guide! Learn More About Nimmy
