    I need to postpone my tickets due to illness

    Dear Sabrina, thanks so much for stopping by planDisney. I’m so sorry to hear about the illness and I am sending positive thoughts for a speedy recovery. 

    The good news is tickets are very flexible and you can use your unused tickets for a future visit. You should continue to see them in your account to make reservations in the future. Most tickets purchased in 2022 will not expire until January 12, 2024, except for some special tickets such as Southern California Resident offers which may have different expiration dates. If you want to double check the expiration date of your tickets, I recommend contacting Ticket Services once you are feeling better and they can confirm for you. 

    Also, even the value of an unused expired ticket can be applied toward a new ticket purchase. I like this flexibility and have leveraged it myself. 

    Sabrina, I wish you a wonderful trip once you’re able to get back to the parks. Feel better soon!
