NEED PLANNING HELP!! Arriving 5/29-6/3. 1st day at a park will be 5/30. We want 2 days in MK, & 1 day at other parks, & leaving in pm of 6/3 to start home. What do you suggest??? Feeling overwhelmed.

Hi Angela!  Oh please don't feel overwhelmed when you are planning your Disney vacation!

It looks like you will have about 5 days of fun during your vacation.  I definitely would plan on two days at the Magic Kingdom and would probably do that park on your first day.  Arrive at park opening and select a dining location for a table service meal in the park on that day.  You can call 407-939-3463 to make a reservation now.  We like to hit Fantasyland early or late as the crowds will be the thinnest at those times.

It is hard to suggest a second park since I do not know the ages of your children.  For the younger crowd I usually send guests to the Animal Kingdom park where there are great shows as well as great attractions. I strongly suggest you take the time to head to Rafiki's Planet Watch on the train to get up close and personal with domestic and exotic animals.  If you are fortunate you can actually watch a Disney vet in action and ask questions to them as well as other great wildlife experts.

I would take the next day off and enjoy your resort facilities.  Swim and play and relax....three words that often are forgotten while on vacation!

The next day would be a great day to return to the Magic Kingdom and finish or repeat those attractions you wish to enjoy.  Make sure you take time for the parades and entertainment.  You can check out the schedule on the Disney website or check the times guides when you arrive.

If you had one more day for parks it would be great to split that day between EPCOT and Hollywood Studios. It would mean you would have to have park hopper addition which is an added expense.  These two parks can be reached by boat between the two entrances making them a logical match to split between one day.  If you don't wish to do parks then head to Downtown Disney for a day of shopping, legoland play, dining, balloon ride, and more!
