Need to plan a trip for 13 people 5 adults 8 children aged fro 3 to 17

Hi Bill! Thanks for stopping by planDisney!

While planning a trip for a large group can come with its challenges, there is nothing better than enjoying a family vacation together at the Walt Disney World Resort. Being able to create magical memories together will be something you cherish for a lifetime.

Your best resource for planning any trip will be to utilize the Walt Disney World website. All the information you need for park tickets, resort options, dining locations, and countless others will be located here. In fact, you can even book your entire stay by using the "Build Your Vacation" toolbar located at the top of the main page. Simply enter your anticipated travel dates along with the number of Guests per room to get pricing for your stay. Since you are traveling with a large group, you'll most likely need to split up into multiple resort rooms if you plan to stay at a Disney Resorts hotel. Some resorts offer two-bedroom options, but these typically will only accommodate up to 12 Guests.

If you are new to planning and want to work with someone directly to book your stay, I suggest contacting an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner. These individuals can book your entire stay, including park tickets, resort reservations, airfare, and transportation. They can even help you with Advanced Dining Reservations and itinerary planning for your trip. To find one to work with, simply perform a Google search for Authorized Disney Vacation Planners and a host of options will appear. Choose the one that you feel will be best and contact them to get started. The best part about working with an Authorized Disney Vacation Planner is there is no additional cost to do so. You'll pay the same amount for your vacation as if you booked it yourself!

Bill, I hope this information helps you plan for your trip! If you have any specific planning questions, please reach out to us again at planDisney. We'll be happy to help in any way we can!

    Have a magical day!
