Welcome to planDisney! As the mama of an Autistic Mouseketeer, I'm so grateful for all of the wonderful
services Disney provides for Guests with disabilities. Thanks to services like the
Disability Access Service (DAS), we've found The Most Magical Place on Earth to be magical for
everyone, and my son loves our Walt Disney World Resort vacations so much that he dreams of working for Disney someday!
Disney recently announced some upgrades to the DAS process that I'm super excited about! Being able to
register ahead of time, make
two selections per day in advance, and use the handy dandy
My Disney Experience app to make selections as we go? Yes, please! It appears that many Guests are excited about the new preregistration service because the wait times can be quite long. I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble making your plans! I'd be happy to offer a few suggestions that may help. First, have you accepted the DAS Terms and Conditions that are located right above the link to register? You won't be able to pre-register without doing so. Next, is the chat window opening on your browser? I had some trouble getting to that point and it was opening Disney.com for me instead. I cleared my cache and rebooted my computer and then I was able to access the chatbox. Since it keeps prompting you to log in, I'd recommend logging out and then trying to access the chat, waiting to log in until it prompts you. I'd also encourage you to try different browsers or even a private browsing mode to see if you find success in a different window. Of course, if you continue to have trouble, please don't hesitate to reach out to the friendly Cast Members at Disability Services by calling (407) 560-2547. Perhaps they could offer some assistance.
