I need to pick up our theme park tickets at Will Call. Is it possible to pick up our tickets at Art of Animation resort?

    Hi Emily! Welcome to planDisney.

You are only one week away from your arrival at Walt Disney World Resort. You are lucky enough to catch the last few days of The World's Most Magical Celebration. Enjoy specialty-themed treats at your resort, theme parks, and Disney Springs. Do not miss the two nighttime spectaculars Disney Enchantment and Harmonious before they are retired.

You can pick up complimentary ticket cards at any ticket booth located outside of all theme parks. Another option is to stop by the Disney Ticket Center at Disney Springs. From Disney's Art of Animation, I would take a relaxing flight aboard the Disney Skyliner to the International Gateway at EPCOT. That ticket window tends to be less busy.

I see you are a resident of Florida. If you happened to buy Florida Resident Tickets and verified your Florida residence at the time of purchase, you do have two other options to enter the theme parks. First, you can use any active MagicBand or ticket card from a previous trip to Walt Disney World Resort. Secondly, you can create a Disney MagicMobile Digital Pass. To do this, open the My Disney Experience Mobile App, click on the three horizontal lines in the bottom right-hand corner, tap on "Disney MagicMobile," follow the prompts, and submit. I suggest you save your new digital pass in your Apple Wallet, Apple Watch, or digital wallet. If using an Apple device, set your pass to "Express Mode." This will eliminate the need to unlock your phone to use it.

    Keeping it Magical,
    Cindy
