    I need the phone number to talk to someone we did the disability pass and they said they would email something to make our 2 so called fast pass never got anything

The Walt Disney World Resort is committed to making sure that all Guests have an accessible, safe, and magical experience in the theme parks. Disability Access Service will help you do just that! Contacting the Disability Services Team to chat about your DAS Advance Selections is super easy. They can be reached by calling (407) 560-2547 or by emailing disability.services@disneyparks.com.

     Be sure to download the My Disney Experience mobile app prior to your arrival. It's magic at your fingertips! You can use the My Disney Experience mobile app to receive DAS return times during the day of a park visit. How convenient is that?
