    I need a phone number so I can speak with a ticket person, please

    Hello Crystal!

    Welcome to planDisney! We are guests just like you who love helping others plan their trips to various Disney destinations. I totally understand how using the website is not as helpful as speaking to a human being.

    Thankfully, you can speak directly to a Cast Member at Walt Disney World in two ways. The first is by calling them! The phone directory has tickets split into two numbers, New Tickets (407-934-7639) and Existing Tickets (407-934-7639).  Another option is to use the chat feature located on the side of the website page when you are on the phone directory page. I sometimes get a quicker response through the chat than during the phone call. However, not all matters can be handled via the chat. 

    Whichever way you choose to reach out, I hope you find your answer! If you have any more questions please feel free to visit us again!
