    Do I need to personally receive an order delivered through Shipt or can I have it delivered while I am in one of the parks and it be held at the front desk. We are staying at the Polynesian Resort.

    You are one short week away from being immersed in the last few days of The World's Most Magical Celebration. As a guest of Disney's Polynesian Village Resort, you have the benefit of watching the soon-to-be-retired nighttime spectacular Disney Enchantment right on the shores of Seven Seas Lagoon.

    As long as your shipment does not need an adult signature, the resort will accept shipments in your name without your presence. Please address your package as follows:

    • Disney's Polynesian Village Resort
    • Guest (The primary guest name), arrival date (your arrival date)
    • 1600 Seven Seas Drive
    • Lake Buena Vista, Florida 32830-8423
    Please note, a small fee may be accessed for items received by the front desk or packages delivered to your room.

    As a guest of a Deluxe Disney Resort Collection hotel, you have the benefit of both Early Theme Park Entry and Extended Evening Theme Park Hours. Early Theme Park Entry occurs every morning at all four theme parks, 30 minutes prior to the official park opening. Extended Evening Theme Park Hours happen on select nights and select parks.

    One more note, the Lava Pool slide is currently under refurbishment. However, the Lava Pool will remain available to guests throughout the refurbishment.
