    I need to make a payment for my reservation.

    HI Lindy, 

    Welcome to planDisney and thank you for sending your question about payments to us, we appreciate it!  I am happy to see you are wondering about payments, that means that you have a visit to Walt Disney World Resort coming up soon!  

    Guests who have booked a Walt Disney World Resort Vacation package that includes both Theme Park Tickets and a Disney Resorts Collection hotel stay are able to make payments online after signing into their My Disney Experience Account. On the Walt Disney World Resort website, hover over the "My Disney Experience" tab on the top right hand side and then select "My Plans".  In "My Itinerary" scroll down to your Reservation and you should be able to see all of the details, including the balance remaining and a button to "Make A Payment".  Follow the prompts to add your information and complete the transaction.  Your payment should be updated in My Disney Experience and you should receive a confirmation email within 24 hours.  If you would prefer, you could also call Disney Resort Hotel Reservations and a Cast Member will be able to assist with your payment. 

    If you have chosen a Disney Resorts Collection Hotel room-only stay, the final payment is due at the time of check-in.  Once you arrive, the Cast Member will assist with your payment, it is that easy!
