Regina, it is important to note that payments cannot be made through the
My Disney Experience app. But you can pay towards your stay on
the Walt Disney World website! You can get started by
clicking on the My Plans option located on the top right side of the webpage. Scroll down the page until you see your upcoming stay details. Along with your hotel reservation information, you should be able to see your final balance and an option to make a payment. You can also choose to make a payment by phone by contacting a friendly Cast Member
with Tickets and Hotel Reservations. I also want to mention that if you made your upcoming plans with a travel professional, they will need to process all payments on your behalf.
Before you arrive, don't forget to check out the
