    I need to make a payment on an existing reservation

    Greetings, Mike!

    Welcome to planDisney! It looks like your trip to The Most Magical Place on Earth is coming up very soon! How exciting. I am sure that you are busy finalizing all of the last-minute details for your upcoming adventure. So, let's talk about options to make a payment so you can get back to planning the best trip ever!

    You can make payments for a Walt Disney World Resort vacation package online or by phone. You will need to log into your My Disney Experience account through the Walt Disney World website. Payments towards a vacation package can not be made through the My Disney Experience app. Select the My Plans tab from the My Disney Experience drop-down menu, located on the top right of the screen. This page should show your upcoming itinerary including your Walt Disney World Resort hotel information. Listed below your hotel will be your confirmation number, remaining balance, and a blue link labeled "Make a Payment".  Select this option to proceed with making a payment in a matter of minutes. If your travel plans are not listed be sure to link them with your confirmation number. I also want to mention that if you booked your upcoming plans through a travel professional or agency, you will not be able to make payments through My Disney Experience. You will need to process all payments directly through them. 

    If you are still unable to process a payment or prefer to make payments by phone, you can speak to a friendly Cast Member with Disney Resort Hotel Reservations. They will be able to assist you with any over-the-phone transactions.  

    I have one last quick reminder as you are checking things off of your magical to-do list. Be sure to make your Disney Park Pass reservations if you have not already done this. This spring is an incredibly popular time to visit Walt Disney World. All four theme parks require a reservation in addition to a valid theme park ticket. Some dates in April have limited or no availability, so I would not delay securing your spot. I would feel terrible if you missed out on visiting your favorite park during your marvelous adventure.
