Greetings, Kathleen, and welcome to planDisney!
Your November getaway to the
Most Magical Place on Earth is almost here, and I couldn’t be more thrilled for you! I’m also escaping to the Walt Disney World Resort next month, so I share in your excitement! And, I can’t think of a better way to start your adventures than
by finishing your payments. You can
make a payment online, or by calling (407) 939-7675. If you choose to make a payment online, you can use the payment method already stored in your online account for added convenience. If, however, you booked your vacation through a travel agent, then you’ll need to reach out to them for assistance.
To make an online payment, you’ll need to start by logging in to your
My Disney Experience account. Once you’re logged in, select “My Plans” from the drop-down menu. Here, you should be able to see your Disney Resort hotel reservation, along with your remaining balance. From there, simply select “Make a Payment” to pay your remaining balance. If you have a room-only reservation, you can pay off your balance when you arrive at your Disney Resort hotel.
Before your visit, I recommend checking out this helpful
“Know Before You Go” page. You’ll learn more about the recent updates made to help promote reduced contact, physical distancing, and enhanced cleaning measures. When you start packing, don’t forget to include face coverings, which are required for all Guests ages 2 and up. I recommend packing at least two masks per person per day to be safe. I usually pack my family’s masks in a zippered wet/dry bag to protect them from any wet weather we may encounter. My family adores our
Disney’s Cloth Face Masks, which can be found on
shopDisney.com, in Disney Springs, and inside the theme parks. These are the only masks I’ve worn that don’t fall down when I’m talking!
I hope this information helps, Kathleen! Wishing you a pixie-dusted visit to the Walt Disney World Resort! It may be a bit different than we’re used to, but Disney magic hasn’t changed at all!
See ya’ real soon!
